भोट हाल्न नजान्नेले कस्तो संविधान बनाउंलान ?

बढो लाजमर्दो कुरो । नयां संविधान निर्माणमा लागि गठन भएको संविधान सभाका सदस्यहरुलाई राम्रोसित भोट पनि हाल्न आउदैन । एक हैन पांच हैन १० हैन १५ हैन २० पनि हैन २५ जना सभासदले राष्ट्रपतिको निर्वाचनका लागि हालेको मत बदर भयो । उपराष्ट्रपतिमा खसेको मतको हालत पनि उस्तै २४ मत बदर भएका छन ।
राष्ट्रपति र उपराष्ट्रपतिको नामको छेउमा भएको बक्समा टिक मार्क लगाउने हो । त्यत्ति पनि गर्न नआउने रहेछ । कसैले हस्ताक्षर ठोकिदिएछन भने कत्तिले त राम्रोसित टिक पनि लगाएका रहेनछन । कत्तिले चै एकै नाममा २ वटा टिक लगाइदिएछन ।

राष्ट्रपतिमा बदर भएको २५ मतमध्ये १८ माओवादीको समर्थनमा राष्ट्रपतिका उम्मेदवार बनेका रामराजाप्रसाद िसंहको पक्षमा खसेको मत रहेको छ । रामवरणकेा पक्षमा खसेको ७ मत बदर भएको छ । माओवादी सभासद वर्षमान पुन अनन्त भोट हाल्न लाइनमा बसेका आफ्ना सभासदलाई भोट हाल्न सिकाउंदै थिए । उनले आफ्ना धेरै सभासद औठाछाप भएकाले सर्तकताका साथ भोट हाल्न सिकाएको अनौपचारिक रुपमा बताएका थिए ।

उता उपराष्ट्रपतिको हालत पनि उस्तै हो । २४ मत बदर भएछन । त्यसको हालत पनि यस्तै हो । कतै हस्ताक्षर कतै २ वटा टिक । यसले प्रश्न उब्जाएको छ हाम्रा दलहरुले संविधान सभालाई समावेशी बनाउने बहानामा कस्ता कस्ता ब्यक्तिलाइ सभासद बनाएका छन ।

    I am very much doubtful whether they can make Constitution.TO make constitution ,they need intelligent minds and time.They are loosing all their energy and time in fighting one another,how come they can make the constitution.We need Raakesh Sood to make our constitution or he already has made it and only it needs to be implemented.

    All of these members should be expelled from CA. Also, whoever is the vote conducting authority should also be asked to resign. Shame shame!

    You are absoultely right. They don’t even know how to cast their vote, how are they going to be helpful in writing the constitution. Shame.

    :shock: See how are our CA member?? They don’t know how to vote, How could they make Constituion. I guess many CA member can’t read and write aswell. It’s really too frustation people.

    Better have 100 CA member who are well litrate.

    Big mistake by electing 601 CA member. Pls get rid of such work. :neutral:

    Permanand Jha won the lottery due to the Maoist decision. Maiost has done blunder mistake supporting Ram Raja for the President. They played game with CPN-UML They doesn’t have long term political vision at all. They are very vulnerable and untrustworthy. Their JUNGALI attitude is still remaining same. It takes many more years to be civilised.

    They never think about people desire and expectation. They have killed thousands of poor and needy people. Of course, they got votes better than NC & UML in the election by intimidating innocent people and casting fake votes with threats of bullet.

    Remember, MAIOST comrade,,,,, ,, blasting bombs haphazardly …. Killing innocent people without mercy,,,,, making chaotic environment hiding shades of the Jungle……. is not similar to guide Nepal into the prosperity. Anyone can destroy the things within minute but it takes many years to build. Delivering speech in the Mass is quite simple but the implementation would always be tougher.

    To be honest, Maoist is not eligible to handle the Government of NEPAL with their existing arrogant behaviour.
