उपराष्ट्रपति सम्झदा कसको शिर उठ्ला ?
उपराष्ट्रपतिमा विजयी भएको औपचारिक घोषणा भएपछि सबै परमानन्द झाको मुहार खोजी रहेका थिए । तर उनी कतै देखिएनन । उनी दिनभर मतदान भएको क्षेत्रमा पनि आएनन । विहिवार उपराष्ट्रपतिको उम्मेदवारी पत्र दर्ता गराएर भुमिगत भएका झा हराएका हरायै भए । नेपालको प्रथम उप राष्ट्रपतिजस्तो गरिमामय पदमा विजयी बन्दा पनि खुसि साट्न किन उनी आएनन संविधान सभा हल नयांबानेश्वरमा शनिवार मात्र हैन शुक्रवार संविधान सभा हलमा राष्ट्रपति र उपराष्ट्रपतिको परिचय कार्यक्रममा समेत उनी आएनन । आउन पनि कसरी उनीसंग भन्ने नै के थियो र ।
यस्तो छ उनको विगत
अस्थायि न्यायधिषको रुपमा २०६१ असोज ४ गते सर्वोच्च अदालतमा प्रवेश गरेका झाले ६ सय ६९ किलो चरेस नेपालवाट क्यानडा पठाउंदै गर्दा पक्राउ परेका कुख्यात लागु औषध तस्कर दिलबहादुर गुरुङ्गलाई रिहाइको फैसला गरेका थिए । सबुद प्रमाणसहित प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरी हिरासतमा राखिएका गुरुङ्गलाई जिल्ला अदालत र पुनरावेदनले समेत दोषि ठहर गरेको थियो । दुबैको फैसलाको विरोधमा सर्वोच्च गएका गुरुङ्गलाई अखिर उनले रिहा गराईदिए ।
यत्रो ठुलो केसमा पक्राउ परेका गुरुङ्गको रिहाइको फैसला भए लगत्तै झा विवादमा तानिए । संचार माध्यममहरुमा यसले प्रमुख प्राथमिकता त पायो नै खुल्ला रुपम यसमा आर्थिक लेनदेन भएको र न्यायधिषले बदनियतमपुर्ण रुपमा अपराधिलाइ मुक्त गरेको आरोप लाग्दै गए ।
विवाद बढ्दै गएपछि सर्वोच्च अदालतले छानवीन समिति नै गठन ग-यो । न्यायधिष अनुपराज शर्माको संयोजकत्वमा बनेको समितिले उनलाई दोषि ठहर गरी एक तह घटुवाको सिफारिस गर् यो । २ वर्षमा कार्यकाल सकिएपनि उनी स्थायि न्यायधिष हुन सकेनन । झालाई एक तह घटुवा गरेर न्यायपरिषदले पुनरावेदन अदालतको न्याधिषमै पठायो ।
पुनरावेदन अदालत विराटनगरमा पुगेका झा त्यहा पनि टिकेनन । भ्रष्ट न्यायधिषको बेंच कानुन व्यवसायिले बहिष्कार गरेपछि उनी संकटमा परे । कानुन व्यवसायिहरुले झा न्यायधिषरहेसम्म बहस नै नगर्ने अडान लिएपछि केही समय पुनरावेदन अदालतको काम नै रोकियो । उनी विराटनगरमा टिक्न सकेनन र अनिश्चितकालीन विदा बसे । विदा बस्दाबस्दै उनको रोजगारीको अवधि सकियो र उनी सेवामुक्त भए ।
न्यायसेवावाट अवकास पाए लगत्तै उनी मधेसी जनअधिकार फोरममा सकि्रय भएर राजनीति पो शुरु गर्न थाले । उनी फोरमका केन्द्रिय सदस्य तथा कानुन विभाग प्रमुख रहेका छन ।
अहिले उनै झा संविधान सभा जस्तो गरिमामय स्थानको टाउकोमा टेक्दै उपराष्ट्रपति बनेर आएका छन । त्यो पनि निर्वाचित भएर । के उनी राष्ट्रपति भएकोमा उनी बाहेक अन्य कसैले गर्व गर्न सक्छ र ?

तस्कर, हत्यारा, बलत्कारी कै दिन रहेछन अब नेपाल मा । अब रामराजा को अभाव छ राष्ट्रपतीमा बल्ल समिकरण मिल्छ । बम पड्काउने राष्टपति, तस्करको नाइके उपराष्ट्रपती, हत्यारा माअोवादी हरूको समुह सरकार , बब्बन सिंह सांसद वाह क्या नयाँ समिकरण । नयाँ नेपाल को नयाँ समिकरण ।

Permanand Jha won the lottery due to the Maoist decision. Maiost has done blunder mistake supporting Ram Raja for the President. They played game with CPN-UML They doesn’t have long term political vision at all. They are very vulnerable and untrustworthy. Their JUNGALI attitude is still remaining same. It takes many more years to be civilised.
They never think about people desire and expectation. They have killed thousands of poor and needy people. Of course, they got votes better than NC & UML in the election by intimidating innocent people and casting fake votes with threats of bullet.
Remember, MAIOST comrade,,,,, ,, blasting bombs haphazardly …. Killing innocent people without mercy,,,,, making chaotic environment hiding shades of the Jungle……. is not similar to guide Nepal into the prosperity. Anyone can destroy the things within minute but it takes many years to build. Delivering speech in the Mass is quite simple but the implementation would always be tougher.
To be honest, Maoist is not eligible to handle the Government of NEPAL with their existing proudness.

This one is admirable, quite digestable, in fact, informative for those who had blindly been opposing some other candidates. They know, who they have supported, and they know why some others categorically said no!
Now can you pls also put on this blog some information on who is Ram Baran Yadav and what is his credibility viz-e-viz Ram Raja as an individual and contributions made by each for Nepal?

It is sad news and day in the Nepalese history. We have changed the system through the people’s movement but unfuturnately the leaders are yet to chage their the past mentality of groupinsm and in name of politcal consent they can take any decision no matter it sellection of the most corrupt person. it is shame on those leader who choose Jha as vice president who was convicted during his tenure. what will be answer when people ask the question.

Dear Kerry,
Oh r u in dream. Why u r not happy, I am sure u r happy.
The large innocent rural poor people have killed by Royal party i.e. NC and UML i.e 130000 lives. But maoist only about 3000 lives, and they did that to bring Republic Nepal.
Than wake up and take people side than elites/corrupted royalist.
